Lots of reasons. Almost everything to do affects how long you’ll live. The people who live longest are usually the ones that don’t eat much junk food, and exercise, and keep their minds fit by doing crosswords or puzzles. There’s some evidence that your genes can affect how long you’ll live too, but keeping fit and healthy has a much greater effect on your life than that. Some people are also very unlucky and born with problems that will shorten their lives.
There’s not much point in worrying about how long you’ll live. You could be hit by a bus tomorrow, so just make sure you have a good today 🙂

There are so many factors, genetics and the way you live your life have a huge impact but there is also chance. So, you should live everyday to its fullest and never regret the decisions you have made.
