• Question: why did you sign up for I'm a scientist

      Hey!

      I signed up because I thought it might be fun to talk to you guys about what I am doing, but also to find out what you guys are interested in!

      I signed up because it sounded like fun (I was right, it is!), and it’s always good to practice talking to other people about science. A lot of scientists forget that they’re experts and that most people don’t use big complicated words, and that can make it hard for people to understand their work without a load of boring explanations. As a result, the public doesn’t pay much attention to science.
