      Ciarán O'Brien answered on 18 Nov 2014:

The poo itself is sometimes weird enough! Have you ever seen the first ever poo a baby makes? It’s all black and slimy and like melted tar because it’s nothing but amniotic fluid (the stuff the baby floats around in while still inside its mum) and bile (produced by your liver to break down food, but a baby doesn’t eat until after it’s born, so…)

That was the weirdest poo I’ve ever had to work with. I’ve had poo samples that contained undigested chunks of food, like carrots or pieces of corn. Very unpleasant to look at 🙂

I look forward to the other answers :p
