      The human body discards more water than anything else. We sweat, we spit, we pee, and even our poop is about 70% water. In the case of our poop, a huge amount of that water is contained inside bacteria that live in our intestines. Every time you poop, literally billions of bacteria exit the body.

      The main thing exiting *my* body this week is generally swearing because the gas chromatography machine isn’t working…
