Oh, that’s a tough question. Our bodies are affected by everything we do, and everything that happens them.

I’d say that apart from directly damaging your body by jumping off a cliff or falling into a fire or something, whether we exercise affects us the most.

Exercise burns off fat, keeps your muscles and bones growing strong and your joints flexible. It causes your brain to release endorphins, which are chemicals that make you feel happier. And the healthier your body is, the better your brain will work, you’ll be able to think quicker and pay closer attention to little details.

If you don’t exercise, your muscles will get weaker and more easily injured, your brain will get sluggish and your heart will have to work much harder to pump blood around, making it tired and prone to heart attacks. And all of this will make your moods lower and you’ll be grumpier and sad more often.

So remember to exercise, it really is the easiest way to affect your body in a good way.
